Sigh....

Pros: N/A
Cons: Get rid of management.
Location: Wynwood.
Where to begin...beds uncomfortable (back was hurting badly after a week stay); even though it is close to airport and Wynwood area it is in a high traffic area. Had ants in my bathroom, told staff an old man who could not speak english came in and sprayed with a can of raid, then looked to me to see if it is all right. Ants were back later that night...should have split the rent with them. Pay some more and stay in a better place.

Dirty bathroom, roaches, and possibly bed bugs. Without exaggerating, this was the worst hotel experience in my entire life.

Disappointed

Cons: Needs some updating/paint, A/C and plumbing. A little more detail to floors tile cleaning, behind doors, corners, etc.
A/C barely cooled and unit was filthy. Felt like floor tiles were not clean, did not want to be barefoot on it. Shower, great water pressure but 90% of the water came out of the tub spout, 10% from shower head. Bed was clean and comfortable, considering we just needed to "crash" it served it's purpose and room rate was reasonable. Perk: the "Topico" restaurant/bar right across the street was an unexpected treat. Food, people, atmosphere, music was fun. Didnt understand a word of the music, but everyone was having a good time.

Roaches, mold & discomfort

"Free" wifi doesn't work, free breakfast is horrible, roaches are everywhere in your room, bad neighborhood w/crime, mold on the bathroom ceiling, cracks in the windows, dents in the wall, unclean linens, & im sure I'm missing something. Anyways you get the point. Run the other way. It's a cheap stay but "you get what you pay for". Never again

Convenient for overnight layover

Thought this place would be okay enough for a quick overnight layover since it has a free airport shuttle but there were cockroaches and the place was pretty gross.

Filthiest Room

First thing I saw was stained comforter, hair on the bed, hair on towels. When asked for new towels they said told us that we couldn't receive any till the next day due to the capacity being full. When we complained to the front desk about the stained comforter she said she would look into it nothing else. Never again staying in this establishment can't believe they have customers Expedia should do a survey and review hotels themselves before offering these kinds of hotels!!!
