Hotel was dirty, bed was clean though. Staff at the front counter was very helpful with a tv issue we had. Working by herself but took the time to fix the issue. Brightest part of the stay by far, dated and overall cleanliness was poor.

NOT A HAPPY CAMPER

On the day we were scheduded to check in we got an email from Hotels.com telling us that the Hampton had overbooked and they were not going to honor our reservation. Two thirty minute phone calls while sitting in an Interstate rest stop we had a room for two nights at a nearby comfort suites. The next two days we had to move to the Hampton. I would have preferred to stay at the Comfort Suites rather than pack up and move. Being unsure of how Hampton Suites would treat a no show on a prepaid room we moved. We were told by Hotels.com that the two nights at Comfort Suites were complimentary. Not sure if we were refunded on our earlier reservation. When we return home I will be trying to straighten this mess out. NOW WONDER ABOUT THE WISDOM OF BOOKING WITH HOTELS.COM OR HAMPTON SUITES. I AM NOT PLEASED. I will be telling many friends this tale of woe.

Clean and comfortable

Clean and comfortable stay. The only thing was low water pressure in the shower but other wise a good stay.

Good price and good service

Pros: Good size rooms and breakfast was good.
Location: Many restaurants to choose from.
Good stop on the way back from vacation. Great service, staff and hot breakfast.
