Spacious rooms, uncomfortable beds

Pros: Staff was very friendly, the room and bathroom were spacious, free breakfast had a lot of choices, pool was nice but kind of small.
Cons: Mattresses are SO uncomfortable, hard and lumpy. The pillows are old and flat.
My family of 6 would have had an excellent experience if not for the mattresses/bedding. By far the worst sleeping experience my family has had in a hotel. I almost rated it a 3 but everything else was good so I gave it a 4. I highly recommend bringing your own pillows or asking for a new one once you get there if you get a flat, lumpy one. The room was spacious and I was happily surprised by the jetted tub in our huge bathroom. Best free breakfast and awesome hotel staff really help make up for the minor repairs needed (the mirror was cracked on the closet door and the bathroom had a couple places where the wallpaper was starting to peel).

We had a good experience. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean. For a 2 1/2 star hotel it was very good..

TERRIBLE BREAKFAST

Pros: BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE
ABSOLUTELY ATTROCIOUS BREAKFAST, EGGS WERE PASSABLE BUT COLD, POTATOES COLD AND HARD, HARD BOILED EGGS HARD AS ROCKS. ALL IN ALL AN ABSOLUTELY AWFUL BREAKFAST

Courteous, clean, accomodated needs

Pros: They opened buffet early as a lot of guests, including us, had to leave at 6:30/6:45am and it was not supposed to open until 7am.
Cons: Light was not plugged in between beds, but we took care of that.
Opened buffet early as many were there for local event that started at 7p, and also told the people upstairs that were thumping around to be quiet as we had to be up early and it was after midnight.

Mediocre hotel

For the price the hotel was not up to par. They put us in a room that wasn't cleaned from the previous guest. There was a party in the lobby and kids were running around until late hours. The staff at the front desk was on a personal phone call under the counter when we checked in and they didn't realize we were there until 5 minutes later. Fire alarm went off at 2 a.m. and the alarm in the room was set from previous guest and went off at 6 a.m.

Nice and affordable hotel

The lady at the front desk was very helpful and polite! The beds were very comfortable and clean. If I ever come back to Dayton, I will for sure stay again!

Nice hotel near the dayton mall

The hotel was very nice, the indoor pool was deep and warm. Breakfast was very good, the only drawback was the put an almost $300 hold on my credit card which was never told to me at time of booking.
