Horrible, Mold

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything- remove mold, fix leaks. Clean the place
The entrance walking in to main lobby if very nice. When you get to your room there is mold on the ceiling, bathroom. The faucet on the tub was turned sideways, didn't even want to take a shower so disgusting. Did not have any glasses or coffee in the room. But they sure put a sing up saying you will be charged if anything is taken. I would never stay at this hotel again. In the hallway you have a laundry basket and buckets to catch the water that is leaking

Decent hotel close to the beach and casino

There was nothing special or terrible about the hotel but the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. I did have a softball size hole in one of the walls which the staff knew nothing about. The continental breakfast was par for the course. The staff was friendly. I would stay here again because the price was right for what I needed

Nice, comfy, great location, amazing staff

Pros: Incredibly helpful staff, great location, great value.
Cons: A little better vacuuming in the room.
We stayed here unexpectedly after a car accident, because of the location (it's right next to a Meijer) and lower rates. We arrived late in the evening and the staff was so accommodating and helpful. Because of the last-minute reservation I don't think our rooms were thoroughly cleaned and ready for guests (just a few minor things we found), but the beds were comfy and I have zero complaints. Nice breakfast too! The maintenance guy brought us a vacuum to clean out the glass from our van (windows shattered in the accident) and the staff were ready to help with whatever we may have needed. They allowed us to park our damaged van under their main entrance overhang so it would be more protected from weather and the staff on duty could keep an eye on it overnight. They even offered us a late check-out! I'm so glad we chose this hotel, the staff was amazing and helpful, the rooms were a great value, and we would not hesitate to stay here again!

Wonderfully surprised

This hotel was clean. The staff were lovely and went above and beyond to assist with some apecial needs I had. I was really surprised at how beautiful and comfortable the room was. Excellent price. I will be going back.

Not what it seems

Pros: Staff were polite
Cons: Advertise that you are under construction
Location: It is near casino and outlet shopping.
I reserved this hotel because it had a jacuzzi and pool in online description and the rooms also appeared to be large. When we arrived, we were told the jacuzzi and pool were unavailable because they were under construction. The outside door A that has a sign "locked 24 hours a day" was open and needed no key to use. The rooms have large patio doors on the first floor and the curtains do not even cover it all the way.

The cable channels all were very distorted. The couple in the room by ours had a child that screamed until 2a.m. this woke up my children. terrible night overall

price equals value

Pros: The price was good and bed was comfortable.
Cons: Cleanlliness and replace rusty fixtures. Unclog the tub!
Location: Great location with nearby shopping at the outlets & casino
The room was comfortable but cleanliness is definitely lacking. My room had a slider and the inside of the slider was filthy. There was dirt, webs and what appeared to be bird feathers in the slider track. This was on the inside of the room. The bathtub was clogged and the drain & some parts of the fixtures rusty. The price was very reasonable but I didn’t feel comfortable with overall cleanliness. There is much room for improvement.

Close to our destination

Pros: Wonderful check in process with Taylor. Close to my destination.
Cons: The rooms need a good deep clean and better beds. More pillows
Location: Nearby to Blue Chip Casino and Lighthouse Outlet Mall
We had a great check in experience, though I was disappointed that with bags we had to walk up a flight of stairs to our room. We weren't told of an elevator, so I'm not sure that one even exists. The bed had a divot in the middle of it so the entire night was spend rolling back and forth uncomfortable, literally sleeping on top of my boyfriend. The walls and ceiling had something on them that was obviously neglected in the cleaning process, as well as the ironing board cover which looked like it had never been washed. The items that were available at breakfast were delicious, however it was lacking any side items such as bacon or sausage. And the juice machine was out of order, so if you don't drink coffee you either didn't have a drink or you had to purchase a soda from the machine.

Very very disappointed

Was trying to spend a nice relaxing couple of days with my bf but it turned into not as relaxing as it should have been! Instead of having dinner after we had unpacked we noticed really big gnats is the bathroom. Killed them but more kept coming. Switched rooms and noticed the tub was pink with dye (the least of our complaints). The bed was a king but was so high I had a hard time getting on and off. The sliding glass door did not lock all the way and was somewhat broken. The tv changer kept having problems and I kept having to remove batteries over and over. And when we left the next day to venture out we ran into house keeping and asked them for more towels and wash clothes, (they did not speak much English) When we came back for the day we got locked out of the hotel, had to walk around half the building in the cold to get to the front entrance. Finally get back to the room and see the bed was made but the sheets had not been changed and we didn't not get the right amount of towels and wash clothes. House keeping came back to our room changed our sheets (I wasnt impressed by how he did it, he let the clean sheets run all over the floor) and brought a bunch of towels that we didn't need and didn't ask for. Oh and btw there is a soft mattress pad thing that was in between 2 top sheets that was not changed so I know for a fact the entire bed does not get changed. We did not pay much for the room but we still expected everything to be CLEAN and to WORK!!
