Very nice, clean, comfortable hotel. I love staying at the Blue Chip! Pool and hot tubs are fantastic!!!

Beautiful room, loved how spacious it was and how modern it is. Had a blast in the casino. Can’t wait to go back.

Gross

Room was gross, dusty, dirty bathroom with furry vent. There were toenail clippings and other crap in between the night stands and bed on both sides.. the room was awful! We could here the people in the room next to us as if they were in our room and they were casually talking. The dinner buffet was decent but the breakfast one looked like most of the food was from the day before!

Convenient but expensive

Pros: Convenience to the Casino and restaurants.
Cons: The bedding was awful, it was like sleeping on paper.
Could not sleep at all. The room was uncomfortable and the bed was really uncomfortable, it felt like we were sleeping on a bunch of paper rather than sheets. You could also hear everything through the walls super easy. A plus to the room was that we had alot of towels in bathroom which was nice. One night stay is expensive.

Great Hotel but allows smoking

Pros: Room was great but even with the blinds drawn, still brightly lit because of the huge spots on the front of the building.
Cons: Make it all non-smoking and dim down the lights or put in better black out blinds.
Location: I can't as we left because of the disgusting smell and air quality.
I am an Illinois resident. I never thought to check if smoking is allowed in the casino. I have spoke to many of my friends and they said that they wouldn't have checked either. It ruined our stay. We only stayed one night and I cancelled the rest of our stay. If you go to this casino or stay at the hotel, be prepared to put up with the fog and smell. Disgusting.

Indiana casinos do allow smoking, however, there is a non-smoking section of the casino for guests who are non-smokers. Convenient for shopping

Ok hotel, expected room to be cleaner and surprised that sink did not drain, shower door would not stay closed and mini fridge still had food and drinks from last customer. What saved this hotel from having a bad review for us was the staff was great and the dining was very good.

All A Facade

Pros: The proximity to the casino.
Cons: Sound proofing
We paid a premioum price for a hotel room in the spa tower for one night. When we arrive we dropped off our things and went to the casino for about 5 hours. When we returned there was a coffee cup on our sink that someone had used as it had lipstick on the rim. Some of the toiletries had been moved as well so we dont know if it was houskeeping that came in after 6pm or not but disturbing none the less. nothing was missing so that is what we assumed. The room itself is aesthetically pleasing and modern, Bed was pretty comfortable. The walls of the rooms however are paper thin and you can hear every footstep, conversation and door opening in the hallway. We had at least 2 people try their keys in our door in the early hours of the morning. It didnt make for a great night of sleep having to be on guard all night. Then to top it off houskeeping comes knocking about 8:30 am. For the expense of a room here on the weekend at a Casino I expected at least some of the basic courtesy and amenities you would get from a budget hotel.

Needs An Upgrade !

Pros: Gambling was a great experience, the smoke was a liitle strong but that is true at most Casinos.
Cons: Seems outdated and could us an upgrade all over. Our room had lots of dust on the lamp shades by the beds and the vent in the shower had lots of dust.
Location: N/A We were only there one night.
Overall a nice stay and the staff was very helpful.
