"We arrived August 14, 2026. We were assigned a room, we went up to our room and it was dirty. Came back downstairs the lady at the desk said that they were sold out. There were no available rooms. She was there by herself housekeeping had left and she would have to clean the room herself. I suggested she talk to a manager and possibly give us a room that was ready for someone who has not arrived yet. That’s exactly what she did. She was very apologetic and very helpful. I appreciated that we were giving a new room quickly. The room we were given was fantastic. A huge suite that was modern clean and beyond our expectations. It was room 222. I appreciated how helpful she was in a very stressful and unfortunate situation."

"We loved our stay! The view was incredible! The sun sets were amazing! Every morning we set on the patio with our coffee and we're in awe from our view of Lake Michigan! You have anything that you would need staying there and our host was great! The ground keepers even offer to wash our personal towels for us. Can't wait to come back and stay again!!!"
