This hotel has minimal amenities however for the price that I received my room for I am okay with that. Parking can be a hassle however the front desk staff offer you different options on where to park (best deal is $8 a day). Having Subway in the hotel offers you an inexpensive option for meals (Miami is quite expensive). The beach is steps away which is amazing and a free trolley service that takes you around South beach to South Pointe is an excellent incentive in staying at this hotel.

The biggest issue was the parking. They should work with city parking to accommodate guests. We could mold spot on the ceiling. Our room was next to staircase and everytime the door opened, it slam shut, the whole room shook. No, it would be absolutely no stay for us again.

Our check in went awful , the agent at the check in was so rude that it felt like is this what America is ? Is this a different country I am in? The staff was so engulfed perhaps in his misery that he made our experience horrible. Asked for the manager and he refused , gave us incorrect rooms , don’t honor what Expedia was booked for and paid.Yelled in front of other guest , I have the had entire video captured!! I am better than this persons misery and have moved on but really what a terrible experience!!

Nice renovated art deco hotel with a decent city view and a short walk from the ocean, which has an endless boardwalk along it. Very friendly staff. Stylish little room. No on site parking, but a public ramp a short walk away. It was a great deal for us on a South Beach hotel.

We needed a last minute place to stay. The price was good and the reviews were decent. For a small fee we were able to check in early. The room was rush cleaned, so it wasn’t super clean. But over all the room was as expected. The hotel is a little older, with out of place Louis the 14th French decorations, but over all we had a good experience. It is not in a crowded area which was good.

I was never greeted in any nice wayby a hotel person on arrival or leaving. I knew we smelled something not good and by the time we got on our cruise ship all our clothes smelled like musty odor our closet on ship was disgusting. I really want my $ back. And oh ya be ready to give them a deposit no one mentioned and then wait around til they inspect room to give it back. Rude service was one thing but when 2 suitcases smell like that it’s too far. And no parking. Be ready to park and Uber back to hotel. And it’s a subway in main lobby so constant strangers in building.
