Perfect hotel for business trip

Very caring and attentive staff, deeply appreciate their services during my stay. Would like to thank Damon, David, etc. The food is excellent, not salty or oily at all!

Great views of the city

Pros: Everything about the hotel was great
The hotel offered up great views of the city and was very convenient for transport links

Excellent stay

Location: About 25 mins drive to the airport. There is a famous Chinese restaurant, QuanJuDe Peking Duck, within 2 min walk.
The room is very clean with a super comfortable bed. Hotel staff are very friendly.

Lost receipt for security deposit

The hotel staff claimed they could not clear the security deposit on check out since they had lost the receipt and American Express was not open at the time of checkout. In general, the desk staff was rude and ineffective.

good value

Pros: location, rooms
Cons: check in and check out speed
Location: There is a Tianyuangang Center one block to the west of the hotel. You can find fast food places and two convenience stores.
The hotel is older but still in good condition. The room price is quite reasonable for a 5-star hotel in Beijing. My only complaint is that the front desk staff seemed quite slow and they were not quite acknowledging people who were waiting. It took some patience to check in and check out if there were more than three people in front of you. But overall I think this is a good hotel.

Pros: Location,
Access to the room difficult. Had to have new cards made up every day. Can't turn out lights from bed. Poor lighting - especially in the bathroom.
