The Garzas at Beijing Hilton

This hotel has a very sophisticated air. Our check-in was great. We were allowed to check in early which was nice because we arrive about 3 hours before our normal check-in time. The concierge as well as the rest of the staff were all very helpful throughout our stay. The subway was only about a block away. I would have liked to stay longer.

Older hotel

The lobby area seemed remodeled but the room and hallway seemed quite old. Hallway smelled and the bathroom smelled like Raid roach spray. My room was large and had a balcony which was a plus.

Rates change all the time. Would be nice if we could get the same rate each stay.

Stayed at the Hilton previous. Great place.

Great staff, especially Paul with the concierge. Staff help with transportation, arranging tours, recommending how best to see sites. Food was good, a little expensive though. We'll stay here again.

Overall experience wasnt so great because the bathroom was smelly (should be drainage issue). The handsoap bottle was rusty at the tipping point - housekeeping changed it for me immediately. Tv obviously wasnt working becuz cable wasnt plugged in for some reason. Hmm overall many minor issues that guests need to address prior to them fixing it.
