Bathroom was Not grouted well and unclean looking , shower was a little leaky and loose, glass doors were hard to slide open and closed. Curtains had stains on them.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was excellent. The staff at this location were excellent, from the checkin to housekeeping. You could tell that the staff actually enjoyed their jobs. Would definently recommend this location.

GM I used cart to forcibly enter my room after I told him I was not dressed a thread. Looked me up an down in my naked state and proceeded to degrade and barate me. I begged him to allow me to put clothes on. He called the police for my request and I had to run into the common hallway WHILST robing myself and in tears. There is video, witnesses and a suit for sexual in support of this experience. SO WHY WOULD I BE FORCED NY YHE GM TO FLEE THE HOTEL NAKED IN NEW ENGLAND JANUARY? I asked for 5 min to prepare the $20 incidental fee in my account. This is all investigable and collaborated by police reports, pending litigation and subpoena of witness and video testimony. All I ask for was a refund for the $150 check in because I was not allowed to check in. A refund for my entire 3-day stay would be even better but I'm not going to hold my breath. And I will make sure that that man loses his job.

Cigarette smoke in the breakfast eating area apparently from an employee smoking in the back kitchen. Very undesirable while trying to eat . Employees/ Guests smoking directly in front of the entry to the hotel .

i dont care either!!!!
we arrived at 3:00 sat. left to attend a wedding. returned around 10:30. the door in the back was unlocked to enter the hotel. i did not have to use a pass card to enter hotel .first floor was filed with about 15-20 kids running around,. went to front desk and told her about the open door. told her something could happen to on of the kids. she said if the parents didnt care neither did she. the parents were int room adjacent to the lobby having a good time drinking.

Nice overall stay
Overall a great experience. Avoid the continental breakfast though. The oatmeal wasn’t cooked the breakfast hot items were just microwaved and the bread products were all stale. On the bright side the hotel itself was nice and the service was friendly and attentive.

It was a very clean, quiet and nice hotel. The beds were comfy. We had a great nights sleep. The breakfast was yummy. I would stay there again.

The room had a funky smell when we first arrived. It wasn't terrible so we didn't complain. The beds were comfortable and that's worth almost everything to me. If you want to crash for just the night then you'll probably sleep well. There were 3 things that concerned me. The bathtub was slippery when showering. I almost slipped but I can't imagine if you were traveling with an elderly person. That would be dangerous to them. Even the grab bar did not have any friction to be able to cling to it. We didn't eat the breakfast. Scarce selection and not tasty at all. Lastly was the refrigerator. Barely cool even though it was turned up. We had deli meat in there overnight and had to throw it out because it went bad. I did tell them about the refrigerator. No apology. Just "I tell maintenance". Really disappointing. For over $160 a night, if you want a really nice hotel, go somewhere else.

Everyone was so nice and the breakfast was a nice touch too. Just enough to fuel up for the day. Dining options are far from the property, but there is a gas station right next door, and Dunkin and Friendlys down the road, like 5 minutes?
