Top Middlesex University Hotel Reviews
Bluedaws Private Hotel
"The location was an easy walk from Paddington Station. Property was exactly what we were looking for, basic, clean accommodations where we could sleep between adventures. Price was amazing. Bonus breakfast meal included was a great start to the day. What made the whole experience though…the staff. Every staff member we encountered was exceptional. They were helpful and really cared, from helping us with luggage up to the 4th floor to giving directions and recommendations on where to go and how to get there, to storing our luggage securely while we explored after checkout. The most amazing thing though, was when we forgot some items behind. They went to Paddington station to try and find us and even had us paged in order to return our items to us. Since we had stopped for lunch we missed them and in the end they kindly shipped our items to the USA after getting in contact with us. Simply above and beyond in service in all ways."
