“Excellent communication with the host. The house is nicely set up for a vrbo, clean, thoughtful, decluttered set up. We appreciated bedding and towels being provided. Safe area. There was space for four adults and two dogs. Friendly service in local establishments.We enjoyed easy drive to Newport and easy 35-40 minutes to Providence”

“All brand-new appliances, impeccably clean! Close to the beach. One level and no stairs which is great for the older folks! Beautiful rooms, bathrooms, floors! Not a very large house, but very cozy. I would say it sleeps 3 couples if sharing a room, or 3-4 people if not sharing (couch adds one). Nothing bad to say. Would rent again!”

“The cottage was just perfect. The deck and the fireplace was absolutely one of the best features that we enjoyed. The home was extremely clean. The location was excellent for going to the beach. The perk of having the outdoor shower was really awesome. The booklet that you had out with information was done very tastefully and was very helpful. The coffee bar was cute and much appreciated. We did look high and low for a toaster when we were trying to make breakfast. perhaps you could add one for……
