We do offer the shuttle service and the park n fly but it is from 6am to 10pm. It is posted on the hotels.com website under TransfersFree airport shuttle from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM* You did not pay the park n fly fee extra of 50.00 we charge on pre paid reservations. Please be adviced if we do not have the car information on file. The car could have been towed at owners expense. You paid for room and tax only via hotels.com. The front desk never closes but the shuttle does stop at 10. That is what the night clerk said on camera after reviewing it. Once again we apologize for the inconvenience that you experienced, we hope that you find a hotel to your liking in the near future.
