Great Location, nice hotel but bathroom was cleaned properly before I got there. There was urine on the base of the toilet very noticeable quite gross

I am very sorry to hear the bathroom was not properly cleaned. I will speak with the Executive Housekeeper and make her aware of the issue you had while here. We work hard to provide a clean, safe and comfortable environment for all of our guests and this did not meet our standards. Again, my apologies.

I was put into a room where the door didn't lock properly nor did it have a safety latch. This whole hotel needs a serious remodel!

Thank you for your comments, your safety and security are of utmost importance to us. Door maintenance, locks and latches are a constant maintenance for us. We will be installing new digital locks on all doors soon. I hope you will come back and try them out!

Great stay for the weekend!

As we were trying to checkout, I went to get a luggage cart and none were available. I waited for about 10 minutes for one to be free, and none showed up. So 2 employees ( I didn't catch their names) offered to help us bring down our bags. And they did just that. I felt that they went above and beyond to help us out and I really appreciated the effort.

Tall City Blues Fest

I requested a balcony room overlooking the Plaza where the Blues Fest was, and there were none available, but they were able to get me on that side in a room without a balcony, which worked out very well.
