Midland Hampton Inn

Booked a king suite. When I arrived was given a double room. When I called back down stairs was told they didn't have any Suites. The hotel stated that it was a Hotels.com mix up that they sent my reservation over incorrectly. Over all a nice hotel. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Pros: People Sylvia was very cordial and is training two other staff. They will do well to be like her.
Cons: Breakfast was o.k, but could be better.
The rug had not been vacuumed in two days. I requested it and it was done.

Overall hotel is fine. We did not like that there is no vent system for bathroom so ceiling drips after shower. A huge thing was- not sure why just about all our group did not have room freshens the next day??? So coming back to room was not as satisfying!!
