The Elevators were turned on purpose and the fat lady working at 4 am was so lazy she wouldn’t even leave her desk or even stand up to discuss the matter. I was on the top floor and had heavy luggage that I couldn’t carry down the stairs.

Like was the bed. It was comfortable. The whole establishment sink like mildew, old old ventilation units, the online website is terrible misleading and wrong. Their is no fresh made food for breakfast or is just hotel breakfast food even though the site says it's fresh. Carpet was gross sticky, tacky. Iron board was stained with greasy food and the iron leaked considerably. Staff was blind to guest and presented as to ignore them, lastly all the vending machines are broke or out of water and no water available from the hotel. Feel deeply I was taken advantage for money I have to earn through hard work.

Poor customer service at the restaurant and mediocre front desk service. Layout of the room (family suite) was nice, but room itself (especially bathrooms) were a bit run down and out-of-date. Facility was also a bit run down, but the pool and kid activities (ie- jungle gym and mini golf) were a unique perk. Lots of potential here, but could definitely use some TLC.

Quiet. Especially after 9pm the usual kid and kids noises heard at most hotels here ar minimum. The pool, jungle gym and mini golf apparently tire out the kids and adults.Staff has been attentive and helpful with all aspects of my stay.

Everything was great with the exception of the pool staff that was A not dressed to be a life guard and B she was more interested in gossiping with her friend than actually watching the pool.

I love coming here. Staff is friendly and rooms are clean and comfortable. It is a lovely place for families with many child friendly amenities. The outside needs some attention--especially the cleanliness of the parking lots. This our 4th visit here and will definitely be back!

Front desk workers were amazing. However, the rest of the staff only spoke Spanish. The buffet/drinks were not up to par. The pool and kid playground was overcrowded and overall, the atmosphere was very noisy. A birthday party right outside our door was blasting karaoke music and popping balloons (which sounded like gunshots!) past 9 pm.

There is Stuff for the kids to do indoors and was within quick driving distance to most everything Odessa has to offer. The facility needs better security and possibly better management, there are a lot of people that hang around the property that aren't guest that seem to be up to no good. The property has the potential to be great if the security were better.

Thank you for your review, Andrew. Security is always here to make everyone feel safe and close everything down by 10 to make sure it is also quite for guest only. The front desk has a clerk 24/7 to send security anywhere we need on property. We will look into people that seemed not to be staying here.

It’s a good place for a family getaway with kids of course you’re gonna hear screaming, yelling, giggling a lot of noise of course it has stuff for kids it’s a good place for family with kids. My son had a lot of fun and I did too with that bar.

Property was clean but not well maintained. Stayed 3 days. Sheets had a sizable hole in them. Shower did not have hot water it was only warm. Did not have a lot of pressure either. Each day i had to go back and get my room key re-programmed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I mostly will not be retuning.
