March Break Holiday Stay

Pros: Location and friendly staff.
Location: Wye Marsh, shopping, Dining.
Overall good experience during our stay, it's great you welcome local residence to use pool and hot tub facilities etc. I found some parents had no control over their kid’s very noisy and splashing water and saw kids diving with parents present which was not allowed due to the pool being very shallow. The WIFI on the third floor could some use boosting very weak cutting in and out. We would return again as we like the location and it works for us. The room we were in we could smell pool chemicals from downstairs not sure what can be done for ventilation. Thank you.

perfect location for my needs

Pros: Everything, from my clean room, the fitness room. I just wish I remembered to bring along my bathing suit.
Location: Walking distance to Med. Ctr., restaurants, shopping. 2 min. drive to Georgian Bay Gen. Hospital, cinema. 5 min. to downtown Midland, Penetanguishene.
I love that the environment is smoke free and quiet at night. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful and flexible with my requests. This establishment will be my first choice when next I stay in Midland.

Lots to improve

Breakfast was awful. Room didn't get made after first night. Bed was uncomfortable. Only one luggage cart for that size hotel. Not enough parking for the size of the hotel.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Breakfast is as per the Super8 guidelines. We service the room each day, if the bed was not made, I apologize for it and check with the housekeeping staff to check and not to repeat that mistake. We will inform the owner to order the 2nd luggage cart.

Hotel was decent. Needed some fixing in the bathroom. The kids wanted a pool so that's why we ended up there. Gets the jobs done, what do you want from a Super8.

The staff was great, when the Vending machine ran out of ice the owner went to get ice and personally filled buckets for the guest. It was nice to have that extra care. - however they might want to look into getting a new ice machine lol.

Easy drive from home

Pros: Pet friendly but not obvious there were pets on the premises. Very organized to accommodate pets and owners.
Cons: More luggage carts
Clean room, Very polite staff, fresh well stocked complimentary breakfast with good variety of food choices, small indoor pool perfect for quiet dip. Hot tub was cooler than expected but the hotel accommodated a couple of hockey groups the same weekend we stayed so to be expected with extra use.This is not a complaint. Overall we enjoyed our surrounding. Good job Midland Circle 8.
