I was charged a lot more than what was stated on expedia's website. When i arrived the clerk told me that they were trying to reach out to me earlier that day to inform me of the price discrepancy. I did not receive any phone call or email informing me of the issue.

The smell... it reeked like pot, the room wouldn' t cool down... and people were running around all night drunk and high out of their minds.
I also went to leave at 8 am and there was no one at the front desk to talk to.
I didn't even stay the second night... Brutal.

There is nothing like being woke up several hours before check out to ask you if you are checking out. First was a knock on the door waking me up from a dead sleep. I told the kid I would leave at checkout time. That was not enough he knocked again with same question. Then 15 mins later the hotel manager calls at 730 AM when checkout is at 11 asking if I was checking out. Not sure of their processes but it would only make sense to me that I would leave after my rent was up. Then at check out the manager was very rude and dismissive when I tried to discuss the issues I encountered. Oh wait I forgot about the ants all in the kitchen cabinets and the toilet that ran all night unless you jiggled the handle. I know I should not expect much from a cheap hotel but I would like to be able to sleep during the time I have paid for. I’m going to give this place a huge thumbs down.

Did not know I booked a smoking room but I did and couldn’t get out of it, the whole 3rd floor reeked of old stale cigarettes and the room was the same, the floors looked like they mopped them with a pork chop, dogs left in adjacent rooms barked for hours into the night too.

Super basic hotel - uncomfortable bed and cheap furniture. The clientele is kinda scary and a homeless-looking man followed my daughter and I to the room. Even my husband locked it all from the inside and put a chair up to secure the door. The location is good, but it is nothing I would stay at again.

Only entry door not broken was thru front lobby. Was narrow and hot because maybe you don't want to waste money conditioning common areas. Put us in a smoking room when I expressly asked for non and the whole 3rd floor smelled horrible. Lots of people had their medical marijuana cards there too I guess. No water pressure and A/C barely worked.
