Cons: Please; Clean the bathrooms thoroughly, in the room I was assigned had a strong smell of urine,
The stay in general was good despite a slight inconvenience.

Stolen property

We recently booked two rooms on the same night at your hotel in Midland,TX through expedia.com. He paid 75 and some change, and I paid 103 and some change. No big deal until we went to check out and an hour into our drive realized we left our 140.00 Bluetooth ear phones in one of our rooms. We called the hotel several times, and got the run around both times. On my final call I was told that housekeeping didn't find anything in our room. We know how things go and it saddens me to know your employees took those earphones. Because they were in that room , #263, on the 26th of January 2017. What sucks is it's not worth typing this message because nobody there cares to do anything about it. Thanks but no thanks, Lost customers

Misleading

Pros: The indoor pool was very nice and clean.
The hotel website states it has cable programming in the rooms. It does not. We only had 5 channels, 3 of them Spanish channels. I asked the front desk and they said that is all they had. That was an issues as we had children with us. Bring your own pillows. They had very small square shaped pillows that were strange to sleep on. The website also states there is a restaurant on site. We double checked the time it would open for breakfast and were there at the correct time but waited 15 minutes with no service. We asked the front staff and they said they would find the server. Waited another 15 minutes then decided to eat elsewhere. The indoor pool was very nice and clean but a bit small.

Don't forget anything

As nice as the hotel is, big clean room and nice bathroom, be sure to check your room before you check out. If you manage to forget something, it won't be "found" when house keeping checks for it. The front desk gave us the run around the first time we called.
