"The Richmond Omni is a wonderfully grand and well maintained property. We were greeted by very professional and friendly staff. Unfortunately, our room was not ready when we arrived, so we headed to the bar for a couple of expertly crafted cocktails. Our room (on the 18th floor) was beautiful and clean. The hotel uses automated messaging to text you updates and allow you to check out virtually. I have stayed in Omni hotels before, but this location felt the most upscale. Definitely would recommend this to anyone looking for a luxury hotel experience at a mid-range price."

"Property was clean. Staff could have been more responsive. Towels weren’t even in our room when we checked in. Fortunately after asking the cleaning staff, they provided more towels. Also, coffee always seemed to be out in the lobby area. That needs to be addressed. Finally, some of the front desk staff didn’t appear they want to work. Not sure if it’s fatigue after a long shift, but the apparent lack of motivation needs to be addressed too."

"The Graduate by Hilton is a stunningly beautiful hotel. The room was spotless and smelled clean. The staff were both welcoming and friendly. The parking was easy and affordable although in the evening the parking staff seemed a bit overwhelmed by the high volume of cars needing to be parked. Still, everyone was very polite. The bar and dining area was comfortable and the staff there very polite and efficient. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Richmond. The location was safe and convenient."

"Liked the fan in the bathroom which prevented over steaming, so the next person using it doesn’t have to wait for the steam to clear. Large wall mirror outside the bathroom to put make-up on while other person was occupies the bathroom. Appreciated the little fridge, microwave, iron & board, & coffee maker."
