"Perfect little space with everything we needed close by. About 1.5 mile walk to River St and lots to do and see along the way. Truly a beautiful city. Check out Dos Box (0.1 miles) for amazing drinks and the best bar food we've ever had!!"

"Beautiful old character charm next to Forsyth park. My husband loves to jog in the mornings so location was ideal for us. We don’t mind walking so never used our car. Free street parking. It’s about 1mile to river st. It’s a beautiful walk through the middle of lots of parks and squares. There are also restaurants… along the way. Lots of stairs at the property if this is a problem for you. We stayed with another couple (4 people). There were 4 large bedrooms available each with a TV. Only one full bath. Additional 1/2 bath was small."

"Staying here was one of the highlights of our trip, I am so glad we found it on here, it was so different and fun. We stayed in the sacred tower room and it was so intimate. We barely ran into any people and never had a problem with bathroom or shower time. The location was good, we enjoyed the walk to Forsyth park, a little over a mile, but a beautiful walk. The kitchen fridge wasn’t working, we would have stashed some drinks in it, but that was okay, and I wished there was some more up to date Savannah reading material in the living room, because it was a nice room to hang out in. All in all, staying here was a great part of our trip."

"Overall great stay. The location was perfect - right on Forsyth park, short walk to great coffee at Sentient Bean and free DOT trolley. This is an older house the shower in the tub was okay. With all the shower curtains it was a little awkward. Outside area is nice and kids loved their own area in the loft. Beds were big but hard. House was hot coming in and took a while to cook off. Washer and dryer were great! Much needed after beach day. Bring your own detergent - Kroger and CVS nearby. Owner was great and responded immediately. She reimbursed us more than enough for a battery and our time for the fan. Would stay here again."

"We were on a girls trip and a little weary after reading previous reviews because previous comments stated that they wouldn't recommend for females traveling alone. We never felt at all unsafe or out of place as females traveling alone. Overall we had a great stay, place was clean and well taken care of. Especially for the price point. It's obviously an older builder that was revamped into a rental property. The place that we rented from obviously took the last reviews constructive criticism well because luggage racks were placed in each room as well as extra blankets and towels. Any questions I had were pretty immediately responded to. Emily with the place that owns and manages the rental property was very respectful and professional from the interactions I had with her. Overall, would stay again."
