Clean Hotel in the middle of Anchorage.

Pros: everything
We were greeted by a polite receptionist who was caring of our needs. The room was clean and my wife really enjoyed the huge tub. The bed was just right in firmness and gave us a good nights rest, The breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations. There was a broad array of choices, and it was good. Defiantly recommend staying here. Clean and quiet.

The location worked well for us.

Pros: The location worked for us okay.
Cons: The ice machines need to be working so a person can get ice. The exercise room would be great if it wasn't closed!
Location: We never left the hotel until Toyota finished the up grade on our car. Anchorage scares us, for the most part, so we don't venture out.
None of the ice machines were working and the breakfast gravy and biscuits were cold. The dining room staff were friendly and pleasant though. The exercise room was closed and that was disappointing.

Room was first class for the price, wife enjoyed the soaking bath tub with window so she could relax abs watch tv. Rooms are large and nicely appointed. Would recommend this hotel

The staff were so nice and helpful. My room in great condition. The location so near to shopping and bus stops. Thank you so much. I'd recommend Hotel to everyone.

Hotel was worth the money

Situated nextdoor to the dimond mall. Everything you wanted was in walking distance to your hotel room. Room was clean and spacious

Nice hotel close to airport

very nice hotel, close to airport , thumbs up that it has complimentary airport shuttle but front desk agents seem not happy with their job. did not get a single smile from any of them.

Maintenance issues and understaffed.

Husband and I stayed here for two nights after arriving in Anchorage by plane. Hotel shuttle from airport was prompt, but it was downhill from there. When we arrived and retired to our room #125 we were kept awake a good deal of the night due to a tree right outside our window blowing in the wind and scratching the glass and screen creating noise all night long. The toilet would continue to run after flushing unless you remembered to jiggle the handle just so. There was no "please clean room/do not disturb" sign available in the room to hang on the door. We went out for a good bit of the day and returned midafternoon to an unmade room. Around 4 pm housekeeping knocked on the door and asked if we needed more towels, but did not offer to make the room. The second night there were quite a few other guests and we discovered the walls are paper thin. We could literally here all the noises coming from both above and in the adjacent rooms. No sleep again that night! The staff at the front desk was overwhelmed and housekeeping nonexistent. The highlight of our stay was breakfast which was staffed by a cheerful attendant who kept the tables and counters cleaned and the breakfast items restocked. Other than that we cannot recommend this hotel if you need a restful stay.

This room was very spacious. I slept great which usually didn't happen in hotels. Breakfast was great too!

Nice hotel in a good location

Pros: location, airport shuttle
This hotel was nice and clean and spacious. We were surprised at the quality of the room because it was a standard room, but it was big and clean. The location is good - near a mall and some eating options. IT is also on the route of pick ups when you take a tour. The staff were kind and the breakfast was very satisfying. Wifi is included and it works well. Great shuttle service to and from airport. Would definitely stay again.

Cons: Quality control and staff.
Location: Lots of shopping.
The sheets were unchanged with one bed having blood stained sheets and dirty socks under the comforter. Other surfaces were sticky and dirty. The hotel refunded our stay for the night. GROSS!
