Breakfast was a terrible experience.

Ran out of food at breakfast and didn't put any more out. Waffles to be more specific. Towels should be replaced with fresh, bright, white ones. The ones we had were one good bath away from being "dingy." To be clear, they weren't dingy but getting close. Room was good, fairly dated, but well maintained. Has no issues with cleanliness. Over priced for sure (summer months). All things considered, I would recommend staying, as I would stay again. Staff was nice and helpful.

Dear Daniel, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. I am disheartened to hear that breakfast was not the best experience. I am aware that the day you are referencing we did run out of waffle mix. Running out of food rarely happens but in this case we did and we were not able to order any for that day through our supplier. I am very grateful that given the breakfast experience you would still recommend staying here and would stay here yourself. We hope to welcome you back in the near future.

Helpful staff; great for early morning flights

We stayed one night to catch a very early flight at the Anchorage airport. The staff was helpful, accommodating and friendly. They arranged a 4:30 AM shuttle to the airport without any fuss and it went off as scheduled.

Pros: It was nice and roomy, loved the shower.
It is at the corner of two busy streets. Very noisy and loud.

Love this hotel because no pet deposit. We included our dog on our reservation; so instead of them sticking us in the corner away from high traffic area, they stuck us right by the pool, fitness room, laundry room, the maid's cleaning room and business room. When we would leave our dog in the room, we would put him in the kennel, in the farthest corner of the room. on the 2nd night there we received a noise complaint. this was when we weren't in the room (eating/movies). We understand barking dogs are annoying but why would they stick us in that room by high traffic area? How do we tell our dog, that he needs to be quiet when we aren't there...pretty silly if you ask me. So, if you have a dog that you take on your travels, this hotel is the best BUT request for a corner room that's not around high traffic areas.
