Mid-town location; inconvenient to downtown

Cons: transportation to the public transportation to reach downtown easier
Location: a supermarket, Natural Pantry, that sells organic produce
Only stay one night for pre-cruise. Pick up at the airport was slow. Average hotel. Room was adequately sized. Friendly and helpful staff.

My "Go to" place when staying in Anchorage.

Pros: Friendly staff, large hot tub, pool.
Cons: I was given a gift card for Subway when I checked in...part of the gift bag, the gift card did not work!
Location: Mant restaurants nearby.
I was given a gift bag with chocolate, bottled water, and a Subway gift card when I checked in.

Wonderful Motel, very clean, nice amenities. Be careful if you buy any of the snacks in the lobby they are extremely expensive and they're not priced.

Desk Clerk Issue

Pros: Its comfortable
Cons: Train staff to be more professional
Location: Great Location
Hotel agent when I checked in between 1800 to 1900 on April 14th was rude and impersonnal because I had booked thru Expedia and not thru Hilton.

Bed bugs !

We always stay there everything has always be nice about the hotel, but this time we saw there we bed bugs in the room. We will never stay again.

Convenient made to order breakfast was good but a little expensive. Well located. Pool was broken during my stay.

Enjoyed first time in Alaska.

It was a great room. I enjoyed the complimentary access to wifi to be able to keep up with my email. The bathrooms were really clean. It was close to Starbucks and Golden Corral across the street.

Needs remodel

The hotel is as clean as it can be. It seems to need an updated. The staff is very friendly and polite. I would give two thumbs up for the staff.

Awesome. The restaurant was very accomadatimg .

The restaurant was very accommodating to my husbands dietary restrictions. He was having a medical procedure the nest day. The shuttle to us to and from the hospital witch saved us cab fare.
