"Unique hotel next to NY Library!"
Loved the Library theme....offering breakfast, snacks throughout the day and early evening wine and nibbles...included in price added a particularly nice experience even if you did not always want to use them.

"Lovely hotel"
Hotel Élysée is a lovely, old world hotel. It is in a terrific location and the staff are wonderful. It is relatively small and everyone (including guests) are friendly. We would always stay there when in Manhattan if we can - but the prices do fluctuate monthly quite a bit and we can't always afford it.

"Cute hotel wish rooms were a little larger. "
I really liked this hotel it was close to time square, close to central park. Staff was really nice and polite. Only down side is when booking our room I thought they look bigger in picture. When we arrived they where really small! But I guess that's the price you pay for NYC. Not sure if I would stay here again considering what we paid.

"Very central to the places we visited."
Good variety of shops and restaurants. Close to 2 stations. Walking distance to Amtrak train station (Penn Station). Hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. The ability to be able to make coffee or tea in the sitting room was greatly appreciated. We did a lot of walking to venues and parks whilst staying in NY. Very happy!

"Great hotel in midtown"
This hotel was great. We stayed in New York City for a week and were barely in the room. The room was always clean when we got back and had plenty of space for our things. The bed was also very comfortable. The hotel is right in midtown and next to the green line subway. Its in short walking distance to the other subway lines. We really enjoyed our stay and I would absolutely stay here again! Great price and great location.
