Overall, the stay was good. The room was clean & comfortable with plenty of space to move around. Toilet seat lid was broken on one side. Outlets in the center between the beds were loose. One threw sparks anytime you plugged something in. The phone in the room didn’t work, which was an issue with contacting the front desk. Breakfast was not worth wasting your time on.

Hardly any water and didn’t get hot and staff did nothing about it. Said everyone’s was that was because of the freezing temperatures which was a lie. We would’ve got our money back and went elsewhere but didn’t want to pack back up considering this was the second hotel we checked into in one night, the other gave us our money back because there was no heat.

Terrible. This ad is completely false. There’s no shower/tub combination, no microwave, and the WiFi didn’t reach the room at all. The man, DP, at the desk was rude, dismissive and too busy FaceTiming to do his job. Do not stay at this hell hole!

This hotel has a well lit parking lot. It is right off the main road in Memphis. It was clean. The room we were in was right off the elevator. So in the morning it was very loud with visitors leaving. There's definitely bad insulation. The room was clean. The beds were nice. The breakfast was mediocre but it's a hotel breakfast. Overall it was a good stay

Check in was at 3:00 when I got there at 3 no rooms were ready. I didn’t get into my room until almost 5:00!!! Then when we went to open the door the housekeeper had put the latch down so we couldn’t get in the room. The person that checked me in had to FaceTime some to talk him through how to open the door with a wire hanger. When I asked if I could speak with a manager I was told they didn’t have one and there was nothing they could do as far as a discount for all the trouble I went through.
