Terrible

The room was not cleaned, smelled like smoke but supposed to be smoke free, bathroom dirty, bed very small and uncomfortable , Whitney at the front desk was the sweetest person there. I will not be staying here again in the future.

Downgraded!

Paid for two double beds for 3 adults, but were downgraded to a room with a queen size bed. They brought in a rollaway cot, no one but a five year old could get a good nights sleep on that. We were in town for a race, so we had no choice but to endure it. Staff was helpful but made no effort to discount the room, maybe they don’t have that power. Not happy.

Business trip

Pros: Close to downtown if you have a car.
Cons: This is an extended stay hotel, so an oven to cook with would be nice. I did not like having to ask for plates, utensils, pots, etc.
Location: Work
Quite room, except for AC unit. The AC unit was quite loud when running.

Third party booking communication Poor!

Expedia needs to link their system to Hotel system. I confirmed directly with the hotel and Expedia regards to my reservation before my arrival. Hotel system automatically cancels my reservation if not check in before 12 midnight. I ended up having to book my stay directly to the hotel when I got there regardless the multiple times I called in advance!

I read previous reviews and really this place isnt that bad. The employees are sweet and will get you anything you need. The bathroom did smell bad of urine and the kitchen sink seemed to have some of a clog but that was fine, we were only staying for one night. Its super close to the historic district of Savannah and that made it worth it. Also the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
