Nice Hotel- Great Location

Near mall and not too far from Riverfront by car. Enjoyed the afternoon cookies.

Great hotel! Great location!

Loved staying here! Friendly staff, great location and comfortable clean rooms! Price was hard to beat for this area of Savannah. Will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family traveling to Savannah.

Wonderful stay

Hurricane Irma brought us here from Florida. We arrived at 4 in the morning. Tired and exhausted. The receptionist was having trouble with our booking but she let us in to a room. Also provided breakfast coupon. That's call service! It was bad time for us. She welcomed warmly. Then the room was amazing. Bright and clean. Only thing was, toilet comode needed to be replaced. It is stained. Shower curtain doesn't cover the tub, so it flooded.

Avoid sraying here.

The staff forgot to service my room. I was out for 13 hours, and returned late to an unmade toom. Walls are very thin so noise was another annoyance.

Hard working staff

A mix up with our large family group in town for a funeral led to my room being given to my brother-in-law. The desk staff gave me an upgraded room and included a breakfast voucher. Thanks

Good Return Visit

Pros: Location and the great beds.
Cons: Breakfast is $11.95. Coffee is removed at 10AM. which in my opinion is way too early.
Location: Centrally located. Close to highways and beautiful neighborhood, 15 minutes from downtown. i hour from Hilton Head, SC
This is our 3rd stay at this hotel. It is in a good location to explore the pleasures of Savannah and surrounding areas. The hotel ts a Hilton, so the beds are a pleasure. The room was clean and in good condition.The front desk people were not good at local information. We did better on line. Check in was flawless.

Our coffee maker was broken. There was a big steak that had been left in the microwave . Told them about it and they didn't remove. Room just felt very tired
