"W 44th Street heaven "
Great location for Times Square and all the transport links uptown and downtown. We had a junior suite which was a very comfortable room with plenty of space for a rollaway bed for our child. We were easy undemanding guests but our few requests were dealt with very quickly and efficiently.

"Midtown Holiday Treat"
The location was perfect for holiday shopping, subway access and great eateries. The facility is a bit worn, but it's a popular property and well kept. The staff was fantastic... smiles, great advice and spot-on service. Thank you.

"Hotel should know whats happening on their street"
Hard to check in at the front door do to streets being closed off for the Thanksgiving day parade. They should put something on there site telling people how to get in or what time the streets would be closed off. We found their 38th street back entrance and was able to call the front desk to open the door. Everyone came to back door to get our luggage and valet for the car but we had to figure this one out. They tell everyone this best time to check in on this particular day. Hotel was clean and great looking. The pet stay price is ridiculous!!! I wanted to let my dog just run around...lol!

"grand central station, park avenue and beyond"
this was the second time i stayed there (and will stay there again next week) and, obviously, i am smitten with the hotel. the rooms are very comfortable and nicely designed with classic and elegant pieces. they are not huge, by any means (or, at least the rooms that i have had) but well sized and comfortable. the added benefit is its proximity to a lot of things in midtown... and this, to me, makes it great.
