Not a Good Stay

Pros: The location is very good as it is near many things.
Cons: They should increase their standards for the maintenance of their rooms, focusing on the little things that wear out or need more frequent attention.
Location: Plenty of things businesses are near by or not very far by car since it is in the Southside of the city.
The room had too many little things that needed repair, like a very loose toilet handle to the are of the business chair missing a piece of the padding. Attention to the little things tend to improve the stay at these budget hotel rooms. I am sure other rooms have the same issues and even at a budget price, there should be a higher standard of quality for the hotel.

Nice fluffy towels, comfy bed

It is just a quick over night stay, front desk was nice and helpful. Bed was comfy, room was clean, large fluffy towels were a surprise for the price of the room. Breakfast adequate, coffee Hot!

Pros: staff & cleanliness.
Cons: Little bigger bathroom. Door hit tub when entering.
Location: Savannah, GA. Wonderful historic district.
Staff members gave invaluable suggestions on restaurants & tours.

First room smelled like urine

Staff was very friendly and fast at check in. Got no sleep the first night because there was an overwhelming smell of urine near the bed. Switched rooms the next day and that room was a lot better. Don't expect a non smoking room to not smell of smoke, though. The curtains even had cigarette burns. Location is convenient to downtown...about $10-12 Uber drive. And the staff was more than happy to switch me but on a scale of 1-10, I'd say ur-in-8.

This hotel is worth about $65 per night. They jack up rates during busy times (2x - 3x normal rate) and still offer substandard rooms. Book early, and book elsewhere.

Too close the major highway Lobby needed cleaning Doors did not have safety locks and opened onto parking lot Bed sheets were not properly put on and came off st corners

Good location for planned visit

We visited several fraternal organizations and both Paula Deen restaurants. The trolley tour of historic Savannah was entertaining and informative!
