Room too close to road

The location of my room was too close to the main road and there was a lot of road noise through out the evening. Cable tv was down for the night which was a bummer.

The room was spacious and very pleasant.

Pros: pretty much everything.
Location: There was a lot to do and see nearby. However, this particular trip was too busy to enjoy the surroundings.
The room was spacious and pleasant. The breakfast was very good with a good variety to choose from. The location was quiet and the people were friendly. This is a pet-friendly hotel. I wish I would have known that earlier. I will use this hotel in the future.

My stay was a pleasant one. The front desk attendant when I arrived was friendly & nice. The hotel was clean as a whole. Our room was nice & clean as well. Breakfast was Great not just yogurt & bagels. I would definitely stay again in the near furure!

top service compensates for unfinished room

The room was half renovated, actually when we arrived, there were still tools and parts of door knobs and faucets on the table. They couldn't give us another room due to the construction in progress but the manager was very courteous at the end of the stay and apologized profusely.

The stay was good overall, but I was only supposed to be charged 162.08 and instead the charged my account 190.00

The room was great. However, we were lied to by the Hotels.com representative. They said that there was not going to be a pet fee, which is why we booked this room in the first place. Upon arriving, we were told by the front desk that there would be a $100 pet fee. We only stayed two nights. Had I known that, we would have chosen somewhere else.

Great customer service. Everyone in the front desk was very helpful and courteous. The hot breakfast had a nice spread.
