Bad experience ever!

Hotel stay was very horrible. I had stayed in this hotel with the family, experienced the following issues. Microwave didn’t work Disposal didn’t work Refrigerator - Lot of noice from the refrigerator, woke up couple of times in the middle of night. Air conditioner didn’t work at all. Informed the front desk about this issue, got a call back after an hour, by the kids went to bed. I was told that they would give me a discount but, finally got a word that they couldn’t do anything since I booked through Expedia. I am planning to call Expedia to discuss about this issue.

Outdated furnishing

Pros: The price and breakfast.
Cons: Refurbish the hotel
Location: Location was great, shopping and restaurant were within walking distant or a short drive away.
IT'S time to refurbish the hotel, the furniture is outdated and the bath room tub is stained.e.

Doos from outside need to be repaired not Sticking a rug to keep door open, yes I triped and what security is that if you don't use key to get in

Restless night

The location was great here. My only discomfort was the bed. Although it was soft once I settle in my rest was uncomfortable. I did not sleep well and my body ache.

There are other hotels...

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff is not knowledgeable about anything and they do not provide any good customer service. The room is okay but not the cleanest especially for Marriott. License plates were stolen off of cars with out of state plates in the parking lot. There are a lot of other hotels in the area, stay in one of those.

I will research this as best I can and correct the issues as soon as possible. Unfortunately, the license plate situation happened at the other properties also and this has never happened before. It was a major inconvenience for those affected and I feel horrible that it happened. We have increased property walks during the night audit to help reduce any potential concerns.
