Hotel is located in a perfect place. We had no trouble finding anything and where amazed how central we were for what we wanted to see and do. The highlight is madison square garden across the road. Pre holiday we were able to easily get tickets to four events which filled our evenings
I love the modern and Clean feel of the Row. Black and White with pops of color, especially in guest rooms...and while I am sure there is reasoning for it, whether zoning or permits or budgetary, the renovations stop at the in room bathrooms. It makes the rooms feel unfinished.
Good: just a few steps from Time Square, Theatre district and subway stations and is within walking distance to major tourist landmarks. The Lobby artwork is awesome. Bad: room is dark - no ceiling lights, internet is slow or doesn’t work at. If the internet is part of the resort fees then I expect ...
We have stayed at the Belvedere twice and would absolutely stay there again. It is an older hotel that has been lovingly cared for and has tons of charm. The staff is very quick to remedy any problems that may arise. There is a kitchenette in every room and a grocery store down the street. It is ...
This hotel is excellent!! Room was very clean. Very close to Times Square and subway stations. Cookies, cold water and hot coffee in the lobby during the day for guests to enjoy. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great free buffet breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.
Staff, room, everything was excellent. The Wine & Cheese in the afternoon was an unexpected pleasure! I'd stay here again! ~~greg
Located 2blocks west of Columbus Circle , the hotel provides easy access to everything NY has to offer, Times Square, Central Park, Rockefeller Centre, Radio City, The Met, Carnegie Hall, Theatre District and 5th Avenue are all just a short walk away. The Columbus Circle Subway Stop is a major hub ...
I loved my stay here. The staff was friendly and helpful and the lobby is striking and welcoming. The room was small but just enough for me and my little boy, and was comfortable and clean. Great location too.
My four days stay was very pleasing, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was central to all that New York has to offer. I will be staying here again on my next trip to New York.
Maybe due to the time of year, but the hotel was exceptionally crowded and wait times for the few elevators contributed to lots of wasted time each day at breakfast or when moving around the hotel. Rooms were clean but cramped - in fact the whole hotel had the feeling of too much in too little space. ...
I’ve been here multiple times over the past decade (three I believe). It’s really one of the most well-rounded hotels in terms of being nice and affordable near Times Square. The staff is always nice and the rooms are well cared for. My only complaints would be the lack of a fridge or microwave inside ...
We’ve stayed here twice. This time no upgrade, so the room was a tight squeeze in one bed. Leaky shower door was the only problem. Wish they’d quit charging the extra “amenities” fee (gym, I guess).
The staff was incredible. They were very helpful from the moment when we arrived checked in and needed to know how to get to the game at MSG. The next morning giving us suggestions on where to get a NY Bagel. They even helped us print out tickets for GMA and call us a cab to get us back to the airport. ...
