Great location in the heart of New York. Ample transportation nearby. Lot's of action in every direction.
We had a very small room but the price was excellent. It was clean and unusually quiet for a midtown Manhattan hotel. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very helpful.
great location! close to subway and places we want to visit
We booked Safehouse Suites because it presented a 5 star offering, this was not the case. 1) You do not find out where you are staying until the day you arrive which is not ideal. We had been told our accommodation would be one of 3 places of 5 star quality, however, the day we arrived we were told ...
The hotel was very nice. Check in and check out were easy. Room had everything we needed and although small, didn't feel cramped. Patrick, a man who works at the hotels, was just fantastic. He was extremely kind and helpful, he remembered us by name the second day- we were extremely impressed by ...
Excellent location. Hip, modern and clean. Room was tiny bit ridiculously efficient. Staff was super friendly. Our bed was not remade after our first night which was odd but the rest of the room was cleaned. Self serve closet for extra towels and amenities. Ear plugs provided but not necessary.
62nd floor, view of Times Square. Don't leave breakfast too late at weekends, otherwise hard to fault.
Beds and pillow very soft. Very European style.
Hotel is very affordable and clean! We only needed it for one night and it suited its purpose. I wouldn’t recommend it for multiple nights since there is no fridge or microwave inside the room but other than that it’s perfect! TV was broken but it didn’t matter since we only used our room to sleep. ...
Great location. Staff was excellent. Friendly and always someone near to greet and offer help.
At reception very helpful staff. Overall staff nice and kind. Would be better managed room cleaning. In a week room vacuumed only twice. 😏But generally we happy. Nice breakfest every morning. In good place Midtown, most of visiting places handy. 😊
Nice size rooms for NYC, clean and updated. Close to Penn Station and Herald Square subway stations. Free breakfast was usual fare, eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, etc. Lobby was a little rundown and made me a bit nervous but the rooms were fine. Liked having a noise machine to drown out the street ...
Very convenient to subway. Essen, good fogr food, one block away. Reasonable breakfast in hotel.
