Quit, affordable and comfy

I spent a week there for my vacation and I loved it! Staff were great, hotel guests were polite and I slept like the dead. I highly recommend this hotel. There's a kitchenette in every room and there is a laundry room on the first floor!

Switched rooms to more problems

Pros: Not much
The room that they gave us had a fire alarm that the battery had died, so every minute it would beep. I called the front office and a guy came down to check it. He said that he had no batteries and that he would move us to another room. The second room had the fire alarm hanging down from the ceiling (evidently a customer fixed the beeping himself). The room was hot and humid. The reason was the hot water in the bathtub was coming out more than just a drip. You couldn't turn it off. So we kept the bathroom door shut and turned on the air conditioning (this was middle of October, so it was cool outside). Hopefully they will get their fire alarms working correctly.

Only problem is the manager

The facility and most of the staff were fine, but our first impression was tainted by Cyrus, the night manager (I assume). Upon arriving at 11:30 PM, his first words to us were “You can’t check-in!” Not even a “welcome” or “hello” - quite a rude introduction to the facility. Apparently, even though Expedia says we can check in until midnight on the confirmation, this property closes out check-in at 11:00. The staff must be under a strict deadline because the whole time we were at the counter, Cyrus was more attentive to his paperwork than his customer. Everything else with our stay there was fine., but I doubt we will return to this hotel because of the rude check-in treatment. By the way, every person staying in the room has to have a picture ID. This was the first time both my wife and I had to have our drivers licenses copied to check in to a hotel. Cyrus explained it was because there’s a two burner cooktop in the room. Go figure!

Nice place to stay not far from the airport

Pros: The price mostly, but it does not come off as cheap. I felt like I received a good value.
Cons: You have to make a u turn to get in to the driveway from the direction of travel from the airport.
Very nice view, and located near restaurants and within a reasonable distance from the airport.

Extended Stay Works for Me

Location: Lots of shopping near by from home Depot to Walmart and everything in between.
Room is always good, internet offers 2 speeds. Kitchen saves me $50-100 a week by being to eat in my room.

Nice place to stay

Had a comfortable stay. Room very clean, staff efficient. The total hotel was great but the reception area does need a good vacuum and cleaning. So glad my room was clean.

There was no promised continental breakfast, no ice machine, and there was a service charge for kitchen items.
