"The hotel was really beautiful, I would come again. The did not use a little to much air freshener there which I am sensitive to. I am not a fan of scenting a hotel room."

"I booked a night in a suite for my daughter’s 24th birthday. The room was clean and really nice. We had relaxing massages in the spa, then had dinner at Laurel and it was delicious. We were able to use the pool and hot tub before bed, then we got room service for breakfast the next morning and that was also really good. My only complaint is that I had booked a Sunday morning sound bath for both of us, more than a month in advance, but wasn’t told that it was first come first served. We got there right on time, but were told they were already full, and that was disappointing. Other than that, it was a prefect birthday celebration and a lot of fun,"

"The room was very clean, and the staff we interacted with were pleasant and friendly. The TV in our room didn't work (the sound on the TV worked, but the screen didn't show any picture). The AC in the room worked great which was important to us! In the morning around 10 when we were checking out, there were housekeepers that were yelling to each other down the hall by 5 or 6 doors which was very loud and seemed a little unprofessional seeing as some guests could have been sleeping still. Overall, the stay was good and we'd probably stay here again."

"We've stayed here multiple times, but this time their were visible crumbs on the carpet when we got there, yellow spots on the bathroom wall, and the tv was broken. Fortunately we didn't plan on spending much time in the room anyhow, but overall it was an underwhelming stay."
