Poor room conditions

When we arrived to check in we saw someone cleaning carpets in the hallway and thought nothing of it. After we checked in and got to our rooms, we found that the carpets were soaking wet. When we asked the manager about it he said that they had the carpet in all of the hotel rooms cleaned that day. We asked for a change of rooms to ones that had dry carpet and were told that none of them were dry. Very disappointed in the conditions and lack of notification. All they did was give us extra towels to put on the floor in the rooms. Soaking wet by morning! Unbelievable!

Location: Location good for acess to interstate.
Noisy, dated, great, helpful staff makes up for a lot.

Stinky gym shoe smelling jacuzzi.water.. cold water thru jets..I found out after.I sat in it. only 1 staff so had to go to desk to get tv controller batteries at 10 pm...wouldn't make money adjustment cuz of Expedia they blamed . also no hot water at 1030 pm...after 7 days camping I wanted jacuzzi and hot bath....Neither materialized and a sorry...doesn't cut it...an upgrade to hot water would have been nice...Raddison in name only..I feel misled.

Pros: Very nice and accomodating

Hotel looked to be in a run down area, however inside the hotel made up for it.

Can't believe it was a Radisson

Pros: Absolutely nothing.
Cons: Take the Radisson name off the hotel so travelers will not be mislead.
Where to start? Ancient, noisy A/C that made it impossible to sleep. Incompetent front desk staff. Housekeeping that needed reminding to show up. Filthy pool and breakfast area. To top it off, a general manager that doesn't come in until 11:00.

Understaffed and Substandard Cleanliness

Pros: The location was convenient for freeway access to go in several directions for our day trips. Security entrances for guest safety was good.
Cons: Staff should be more cordial and helpful towards guests. They seem to be understaffed. Better breakfast. Cleanliness standards of rooms and pool.
Location: There was a nice mall only a couple of miles away. Freeways were convenient. Easy to get downtown for touring, or to the mountains for hiking.
Our room was small, dark, and smelled of stale cigarettes. The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly by staff. We had to ask for enough towels and tissue was never replaced when empty, for example. Hair and toilet tissue was in the swimming pool. The breakfast was substandard quality. There were no forks when we were there and rotten bananas piled up in a corner. It was overcrowded with a tour group that took up every seat. After going there once, we never went back for the rest of our stay because it was so poor. We had a very sick child and we needed disenfectant to clean the bathroom and extra towels. Staff was not helpful and we had to cope with this situation the best we could. The room had torn curtains and was not as clean as we felt it should be for guests. It seemed shabby in this regard. It was an older hotel that needed to be updated and lightened up to be more presentable. Our key cards had to be rebooted nearly everyday though we kept them stored properly. We contacted Expedia to complain, but the hotel refused to consider a partial refund or improve reported conditions.

Deceptive photography- don't be fooled!

This hotel has clearly hired an excellent photographer who has made the hotel look much nicer and more elegant than it actually is. This was highly deceptive and our family couldn't wait to get out of this run down and even creepy place.

Ok for a one night stay

Pros: The lobby is nice
Cons: The overall outward appearance of the hotel. It looks run down but it isn't
Location: There is really nothing in the area
Free Breakfast was disappointing and the A/C in my room was making a loud sound when I checked into the room. I complained and it was repaired after a while.
