Staff was very responsive to any request Super friendly and always busy Grounds were in need of attention I understand that a Reno is planned. good to find pet friendly hotels that you would actually stay in without a pet

Clean and friendly

Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: The property is beginning to decline i.e.. Bathroom door had swelled and had not been addressed.
Location: Very far from anything. Nothing nearby.
The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The hotel is very far from anything. Don't plan to walk to anything.

While there is nothing great about this hotel, there is also nothing bad. If you are in the area and need a clean place, this works very well

Convenient for seeing college kids

Pros: Rates were great and not too far from FSU. Clean and quiet. Friendly staff.
Cons: I don't have any complaints
Location: Right off of I 10 and close enough to the college, stores and restaurants. Very convenient.
Got to hotel, girl at counter is a student and very nice and informative. We were upgraded bc the room we booked was not available. The room was clean. Quiet. All of the stuff was friendly. Rates were great!! Will definitely look into this hotel again for the future visits. Loved the cat that lives outside the door. Guest left the cat and was glad to see they have taken care of it! (it's the small things!)

Good enough

Hotel will look nice once it is done. Road construction everywhere, be cautious. Internet connection was a joke, if you need it for business, good luck.

Getaway

The hotel was nice and everything was good all around; however, the location was pretty secluded nothing really in the area, but a gas station and a barber shop, liquor store and local food spot (all on the same lot) but the hotel was overall pretty good.

Great hotel, not so "pet friendly"

Pros: Outstanding facility. Friendly staff. Ample, well-lighted parking area.
Cons: I was offended by the $20 pet surcharge at a pet-friendly hotel.
Booked this stay because of 1) location (proximity to the interstate), and 2) the would accommodate my wife's small cocker spaniel. When we arrived, we were informed that there was a $20 pet surcharge.
