We spent only one night, but would definitely recommend any longer stay. Easy in/out/off interstate. Quiet location and wonderful sleep! Excellent staff and food!

The room was a good size, clean, nice. Good water pressure in the shower. Only complaint was the price was a little high, and the restaurant (if you could call it that) was poorly staffed and way over priced. $9 for a frozen breakfast sandwich that was still cold in the middle, and $16 for 3eggs omelette and some potatoes. Otherwise it was great, but eat somewhere else, and bring your own snacks, very poor selection

Our family had an overall great experience. The staff was friendly and professional on all levels. Room was clean and decor was nice. We slept great. If we are ever in the area again we’d be return customers.

Didn’t like the front desk lady. Stood at check in counter for 10 min or so because I didn’t get a digital key. Finally a lady comes out the back but continues texting on her phone while waking to the desk , kinda felt like she didn’t really GAF. Other than that the new hotel is very nice.

I was worried about parking due to an open trailer but the parking lot felt safe enough for me to give it a shot. Very nice and clean hotel and would absolutely stay there again.

This was a very nice hotel that was well kept. Small issues with housekeeping in my room upon arrival, but nothing unacceptable. Service at the bar/restaurant was friendly, but incredibly delayed during our convention - we waited 45 minutes for waters and menus, much longer for food and drink. Shout out to Chandra for her amazing attitude!

When I arrived they got my reservation wrong. I reserved for 1 King for 2 adults, and they sent me to a room with two queen beds. They said, "The reservation says 2 queens." I showed the confirmation e-mail that confirmed I indeed reserved 1 King. They adjusted it but was adamant that I reserved for 2 queens. I had my confirmation and everything. The Netflix did not work, the facility is huge and "grand", but the quality is low. There were dead crickets everywhere...even all the way up on the fourth floor that we were on. There were dead crickets in our room in the carpet and along the door way. I did not spend a lot of money, $103.00 approximately, plus $100.00 in incidentals that will be refunded because we did not damage anything. HOWEVER, I find it frustrating when we are up in the city because my grandmother had to be rushed to the hospital, and we had slept the previous night at Oklahoma Heart Hospital. We were tired, and had to go all the way back to the lobby to argue about my room confusion. I just am not happy. I am unsure if I will ever go through Expedia again, or stay at a sheraton again, as well.

Was there for a conference. The food was terrible. I saw them setting up for lunch at 10 30 and the item was a chicken salad. Luncheon was at noon and questioned how long that was setting there. My key card was not programmed correctly. As of this morning my credit card is being double charged. There was what looked like dried blood on one of the blankets. I pulled the other blanket from the other bed. I killed 3 crickets in my room 1 of which jumped at me as i was watching tv. There was a cricket in the breakfast area.

The room was not clean. It looked like someone changed the bedding but did nothing else. We complained upon check out but the desk clerk said she had no authority and someone would contact me later. I have heard nothing but I did receive a copy of my bill which charged the full amount with not adjustments.

Bad check in and little to no breakfast
We we got there to check in at 3:15 I was told the system was down and had been since 6:15 am. She asked us to wait about 30-45 mins to come back. We sat in the lobby and waited almost hr and a half, my husband finally called Sheridan hotel 800 number, they were able to give us a different confirmation number. We went back to the counter to check on things and she still didn't see our reservation, we told her that we had called and got a confirmation, don't know if she was really able to find it but didn't finally put us in a room. Beautiful hotel but the next morning went down for breakfast at 9:45, kitchen was not stocked. Most everything was out, no glasses, no milk. Toaster but no bread. One sausage patty and two pieces of bacon and no silverware. There were several families that came down right after us and we're not able to get any food. One kitchen help was walking around doin nothing and the other was worried about cleaning tables instead of making sure kitchen was still stocked. If a location offers breakfast till a certain time, it should be well stocked until that point. When we pay that kind of money a night and it says breakfast is included....it should be stocked untill that point. Other then those issues the property was nice and room was great. Very clean. Nice neighborhood. Walmart across highway and there is a movie theater and an Andy's amusement close by as well. Will definitely stay again.
