“The shuttle driver who Adrianne arranged to pick us up at the airport, helped us thru all of the doors, spoke to Pamela who was still on site when we arrived and she even carried most of our luggage up to the 3rd floor. It was very helpful at the end of a long flight. I would recommend the MR3 apps to anyone staying in Old town as it is convenient and walkable to many places. Taxis and Ubers are along the way if you get tired and decide you need a ride back.”

“El apartamento como en las fotos. Todo en general muy limpio. La llave no abría y cerraba, había que pelearse con con ella hasta conseguir que girará. Llamamos a nuestra llegadas las 2330h, el teléfono solo está operativo de 9 a 21h, nadie nos ayudo. La reserva era para 3, el sofá cama no estaba abierto ni hecha la cama. Llamamos por la mañana para solicitar late check out, nos dijeron que no y que dejaramls la llave en la caja de la entrada. No hay luggage store disponible ”

“Arrived at the property at 5 pm and couldn't gain access hung around in a nearby bar to use wifi. Couldn't contact the apartment and at 8pm I made the decision to book another hotel, as I am a female and had my daughter with me. At 11.23 pm I received a email from the property with my code to enter the property !! It was a traumatic experience. The reply from the property was that they had been busy, which I feel is unacceptable, as I should had received the email at least 24 hours prior to……

“Very clean apartment . Location was excellent and it was quiet at night . Everything you need if you wish to self cater or just light snacks . I would only recommend that blackout blinds are fitted to the bedroom.”

“Listing is completely misleading with respect to parking. Room was OK, but some of the listing photos were misleading.”

“Location is so good! It only take around 10 mins to go Old Town by foot.However, the facility inside the room is worn. The shower door couldn’t close properly. And the bathroom light was flashing. The room is clean but will be glad if daily cleaning service can be provided. Room is suspicious with basic equipments. And the room’s sound proof is soso. You can hear people’s voice from other room easily.”
