Comfortable stay.

Pros: Breakfast room was spacious and offered a good variety of food. We got very helpful suggestions for exploring the area from the lady at front desk.
Cons: It was disappointing to not have a Jacuzzi. Everything else was fine.
Location: State park about 45 min. away, filled with multiple waterfalls was a delightful hiking spot.

Pros: The breakfast was great
We were looking for a place to stop half way between my daughters house and out house. We were very happy with it and will return.

DISGUSTING!!

Pros: NOTHING!!!
Cons: Housekeeping. The cleanliness of this place needs a BIG improvement. Many things need replaced in the rooms. The breakfast bar needs improvements.
When I walked across the parking lot to the entry and walked right where a rodent was flatten, I knew things were not going to be good. When I walked inside the entry and an awful smell hit me, I knew I was even in for more disgust. I even questioned the front desk on the odor. I could see why there would be a fowl odor when you have the hotel staff smoking right outside the one door next to the entry way sliding door. Every time you left or arrived at the hotel there stood many workers smoking. The first night was spent in the handicap room, which I didn't order that room. I told management after spending a night there, that room needed mega repair. I felt like something was crawling all over me while having an uncomfortable night of what should have been sleep. I hit my head on a shelf that was to near the toilet. No refrigerator. Whoever sweeps in the hotel doesn't do corners, and around furniture. There was dirt everywhere. The carpets are stained and raised in areas. The toilets were not deep cleaned and in need of repair. The second room was no better that I was placed in after complaining. The second night had a huge raised bubble the whole length of the room in the middle. You could feel unevenness in the flooring below. The night stand next to the bed was out enough from the wall that one could clearly see behind it. What was behind was disgusting from garbage to human personal items. This place is also noisy. Breakfast was horrid too.

Not too bad

Not a bad hotel, certainly not the worst in the area. A lot of work is needed. There were holes and stains in the ceilings and carpet. The pool appeared dirty. The jacuzzi was out of commission. Funny thing is for a hotel with over 100 rooms the breakfast area seats 18.
