I've stayed at many hotels worldwide and the Hyatt Regency in Polanco was absolutely the best in overall elegance, design, quality, food, staff. I will concierge level service and the suite were exceptional.
This hotel is big and kind of an old style status-oriented business traveller hotel. It has some shops, several restaurants and a nice downstairs bar. It is well located in Polanco a happening restaurant, bar and up-market shopping area.
Staff is there when you need them with no canned patter or unnecessary contact. Atmosphere is quiet elegance. Food is excellent and artfully prepared. Stay.
I don't think that I can find a single thing to say about this hotel that is negative. It is a large, posh hotel aimed, I suspect, at business travellers and people with the money to visit Polanco, and so could have been a cold and snooty kind of place, but it most certainly was not. Service in all ...
Overall the place was very nice! There was a coffee machine in the room but they only provided coffee the first day and did not place more after that. They questioned when I asked for more bath towels.
Great pool, lobby and bar. Everything was clean and comfortable. They really shouldn’t charge you for the bottled water in the bathroom since you have no other choice (sets the wrong tone). Our brunch was $100 American dollars for 4 people. A little steep for Mexico City. These things aside the hotel ...
All the staff were helpful - reception with excellent English and others very effective. Everything worked, on time, with very fast wifi. The hotel is a little out of the way in Polanco, and the restaurant is basic, but overall I would definitely stay there again.
It’s set in a lively high end part of town. Spent my aniversary there and it was great!
Our king room was clean and quite spacious and had a pleasant outlook onto a relatively quiet street. Comfortable bed, lots of amenities, and a fabulous view from the rooftop restaurant. Only downside was we could hear noise from the room next door. Good value for this area!
Staff was really nice. Rooms are very noisy. Breakfest place uncomfortable, almost no seats! Cleanliness OK. Comfortable room with no mini bar. Wi Fi OK. Great location in Polanco, the best of the hotel!!
Walking distance to busy restaurant area; nice and cozy to stay at while on business. Breakfast is served at your own room at no extra cost except if you want to asd some eggs.
