Two days seemed like a year

If it want for Olga, we would’ve walked. Hotel was far from everything, Small cramped rooms with no views, or natural brightness. Worse yet, no closets at all and even after complaining about poor maid service, we found long hairs in our bed and on the floor. 2 Days seemed like a year.

Our location is generally really appreciated cause really close to Central Station, we are approximately 20 minutes walking or 5 metro stops from Duomo and we are at only 10 minutes walking distance from the area called “Isola”, a really nice new business and fashion district, full of interesting cultural proposals and also a good place for “Night Movida”. All our rooms have windows and natural daylight. Some of them have a view on the new Porta Nuova Area and on Bosco Verticale. We hope to have the opportunity to welcoming you again soon, please contact us and we will be more than happy to assign you a bigger and spacious room and with a good view. Regarding the cleanliness and other problems your feedback has been shared with the management team who will be discussing these concerns within their departments and conduct further training. The poor experience you had is certainly not reflective of the usual level of service the team deliver on a daily basis to our guests so please rest assured that should you return at Four Points by Sheraton, I am confident you will have a much more positive experience. Stay at the La Gare next door.

Pros: Breakfast choices
Cons: Drawers. One shouldn't live out of a suitcase.
My stay didn't start on the right foot when our room was not available at 2:50 pm. Are you kidding? 5 euros off at the bar for my trouble. The room had no drawers! Are you kidding? The room had a mix of old and new. The tub/shower could be a challenge to step into. Breakfast had lots of choices. I was surprised at the number of dessert choices for breakfast. We also stayed at the La Gare while in Milan. I would suggest going there and not this Sheratan.

Our staff is always more than happy to assign the rooms even before the check-in time if they are available, but the hotel was fully booked, so it was impossible for us to give you the key when you arrived. We are sorry if your room did not met your expectations; we understand your comment for the size but usually in Europe the Hotels rooms are always smaller due to the high cost of the building areas. Anyway we also have bigger rooms, such as the Executive and Junior Suites where you can find also a wardrobe with 3 drawers and 2 shelfs; if you are planning to visit us again we suggest you to book one of them. Please also note that on request, if available, we can assign you a room with shower instead of bathtub. The poor experience you had is certainly not reflective of the usual level of service the team deliver on a daily basis to our guests so please rest assured that should you return at Four Points by Sheraton, I am confident you will have a much more positive experience. Fantastic location, excellent breakfast and servic

Very close to milan centrale station. Although the room alloted to us had water leakage problem, they upgraded our room class. The morning buffet breakfast was excellent. Staff is polite and helpful. Lot of restaurants around hotel.

Every thing is equipped. Breakfast is good it will be great if there's variety; next day was just the same thing. Waiting too long to check in 😕

old hotel that shouldn't be rated as 4 star hotel

we booked this hotel for one night as it is located close to central station. We expected a hotel from Sheraton chain and with a 4-star to meet at least the normal standards. unfortunately, the hotel in my opinion shouldn't be more than a 3 star hotel, very old, too small lobby and lift. room are not nice. First room had very bad bathroom smell. at 12am they changed the room for us after complaining to them. breakfast doesn't have varieties. won't recommend it to anyone
