Close to Metro easy to get around

Good central location, easy to get to Central Station and catch the metro. Great and very helpful staff for dining options and locating sites. A nice full breakfast with a pleasant atmosphere.

Good Location and thats about all

Short of staff; takes too long to check in and out. The bath towel had threads coming out when asked for other 1 it came after 7 hours that too after reminder. The concierge in night promised to book a tour but forgot in the morning. The hotel claims to be 4 and a half but is barely four star. Never expected Hilton to be like this

Such a disappointment

We stayed 1 night at Hilton Milan and would never stay at a Hilton again! I booked the room a week prior at a discount which meant they weren't at full capacity otherwise you would not offer a deal. The reason I decided to stay at this hotel is I thought that a hotel that has 300+ rooms should have a room available when I arrive so that I can check in a little bit earlier which I also noted when I booked the reservation. Given that I was traveling from US, had a long flight and didn't sleep much on the plane, we were tired when we arrived and wanted to refresh. We arrived at 12:30p and was told the room was not ready and check in at 2pm. I told the staff that I would really appreciate if I can have another similar room (which was a standard room for 2 people) since we travelled from afar and were tired. I received an attitude and was told that I can stay to wait for the room or come back. So we decided to wait in the lobby and I started to notice that everyone checking in after us was given the key to their room so I asked again but they said my room wasn't available. This really upset but no one seem to care. We finally received the key to our room at 1:45p at which point they didn't offer to help us with our bags (meanwhile we had 3 luggages) nor did they offer anything to make our stay better! Horrible customer service and no where close to the standards that a US chain hotel should have! So disappointed!

Nice hotel close to everything

great hotel close to train, buses and tours. Walter the bellhop is the main reason why I give this hotel 5 stars. He was very professional, and thoughtful. The rooms were comfy and spacious, the restaurant and bar were amazing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Milan

Perfect location

This is a fantastic hotel for a Milan city break. It's in a great location, next to the Central station. The breakfast and the cocktails are amazing. The staff are 5 star. We've had a lovely time and would not hesitate to go back.

Nice hotel, nice rooms, close to subway

Pros: Location, close to subway train station and restaurants
Cons: The rooms for 3 people could be slightly bigger. it was a tight squeeze for the three of us.
Location: Subway to get palazzo was around the corner. Several restaurants nearby.
The front staff was friendly and accommodating. We arrived early and they got us an available room. The concierge was knowledge. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, the staff was great and the food was also very good. I would stay there again and would also recommend this to others.

Nice hotel, fantastic staff!

Pros: The lovely staff and comfy beds.
Cons: Maybe a light continental breakfast included when customers are running out in the morning to catch their flights.
Location: 30 min walk to duomo and shopping. Four stops on tube. Close to restaurants.
This was the last stop before our flights back home. Hotel is as expected for a hilton hotel. Staff was very accomodating, cordial and welcoming. The room as booked for three people was definitely too small. We were on top of each other. This is the only negative point. The beds were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was clean and roomy. The restaurant was good. Waiters were quite funny actually. Would stay at this hotel again. The drive to Malpensa during ferie was only 35 minutes without traffic.

Close to train station

Location: Whilst very close to the railway station there was not a lot of tourist attractions close by.
Although it was close to the train station it was a 40+ minutes walk from central Milan. The was starting to look a little "tired". The fruit, cookies and cold flavoured water were appreciated and welcomed. Only negative was the misleading advertising of the "happy hour" in the lobby bar which stated cocktails and buffet for 10 euros. We were charged 14 euros for the cocktails and subsequently advised the 10 euros was for beer and wine only. We have photographic evidence to prove the misleading advertisement.

Worse Hotel Experience!

Once again, one of the worse hotel experiences ever! This time the check in process was fine, but the wi-fi wasn't working into the room for hours. As I complained about it, after more than 30 minutes later, they put me in contact with the internet customer service which I was "testing" the wi-fi for another half an hour!!! That should be their job, not mine - they should be trying to solve the issue, not me! Got really really frustrated once more! I think Hilton should reconsider the customer service in this hotel for sure!
