Lovely (short) stay here. Staff are very helpful! Even giving us some tips for our next stop in 5 terre and advised on places to eat. Breakfast is good - combination of pastries, cold meats, eggs/omelette, vegetables, cereals etc and lovely coffee (just ask at the bar or you will have filter coffee). ...
Beautiful hotel with friendly, attentive staff. Not close to any cafes, however, and the restaurant is expensive (eg. 45 euro for breakfast buffet). So, you need to eat at the hotel or take the subway or a taxi to eat.
The hotel is a short walk from Milan Central train station. Quiet neighborhood. The give you a yellow rubber duck and free non-alcoholic holiday beverages from the mini-fridge. The staff shows they care about guests.
Casa Mia is a very basic hotel, with basic facilities. the hotel is ok if you are just looking for somewhere to crash for a few hours while exploring Milan. The best thing i found was that it is close to Joia restaurant (Michelin star) .
Easy to find from Central Station. Check in was easy and very accommodating. When asking for a suggestion for lunch venue, given directions and told to avoid tourist area. Staff friendly.
We stayed here for 1 night on our way to Venice from Tirano. The hotel was nice and clean and the service was very good. My only complain is that for me it was a little bit hard to find. Of course it was rainning when we got to Milan and my gps was not working right, but in overall it was a good ...

Considering the old expression 'you get what you pay for', we were impressed with the desk staff and general condition of the Hotel ...
The hotel location is within easy walking distance to the central train station, two subway lines, and a main shopping district. The staff was very helpful in answering all of your questions about Milan, traveling in Italy, and Italian culture. Only point of criticism was that there was little fresh ...
I checked in very late but it was quick and smooth. After found out the AC in my room wasn't working, the staff was very helpful and helped change to another room, which is actually better and bigger. The hotel is clean and conveniently located. Very close to Milano centrale.
Weekend stop-over with wife and 2 kids in one room. Convenient for station, easy to get to centre either by foot (45 mins) or by underground (10 mins)
