Rooms are spacious and bathrooms big but why are the showers so small? It must be an Italian thing as it was the second 5 star hotel we stayed in a week and both the properties showers were small(hardly wider than 600mm) Breakfast was typical European and not really good selection of hot food. More focused on pastries and cakes. Coffee as you would expect in Italy was good. All in all a average 5 star hotel in my opinion.

Excellent,,,room was located on the sunny side of the hotel And was very warm and stuffy upon our arrival. The temperature was also high. It took 4-6 hrs to cool the room to 18C.

We had a wonderful stay at NH Collection Milano President last weekend. Upon arrival, our room was not ready for check-in, so a senior member of staff arranged for a free drink for us in their bar area whilst we waited, we thought this was a lovely touch. Our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable! Bottles of water were replenished every time the room was cleaned, and clean towels / bath mats were provided. The beds were very comfortable, and the hotel was not noisy in the slightest, so we had a fantastic night sleep every night. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the centre of Milan, and you could even see the top of the Duomo Cathedral if you stayed in a forward facing room! A brilliant location. International Women’s Day fell during our stay at NH, so my girlfriend was given a free drink and mini bouquet of flowers as a show of appreciation, we thought this was very thoughtful. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of staying in Milan.

The location is excellent, and the service is also great, but there are a few details that detract from the overall experience. For example, the temperature control for the hot water in the bathroom is highly unstable.

Customer service needs to follow up
The hotel is in a great location, and is nice in general. The customer service is terrible- we had a screaming child, & mother in a room next to us through the night and we complained 3 nights in a row- and nothing was done about it. Very disappointing!

** ATTENTION!!! One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at in my life. The photos are not what the hotel is actually like. We had blood stains under the sheets in the mattress. They tried to fix it, which didn’t work, so sent us to another room, which didn’t look like it was cleaned in weeks. Don’t waste your money, go elsewhere.

The property location was excellent, the hotel itself was beautiful; however, we did not have the best experience. Upon arriving we were not told we had VIP perks, nor we were given any. As soon as we arrived, we took a shower, but the shower had no soap. We called the front desk and housekeeping took over 40 mnts to bring it to the room, only to show us that they brought shampoo rather than body gel (body soap). We lost a lot of time in our first day for that specific reason. Before finally leaving the hotel, we made sure we left the room with cold A/C but when we got back we noticed the system wasn’t working and the room was really hot. Once we brought all these issues to the front desk staff, they ended up changing our room and giving us a bit of an upgrade. Unfortunately I can’t give 5 stars due to the inconveniences we went through.

We traveled for leisure. It was our first trip to Milan. Julia was exceedingly helpful in providing an orientation to the city and scheduling dinner reservations. It greatly improved the quality of our visit.

The location is excellent and the staff are very helpful. The room was extremely small and we did not receive any special treatment as VIP guests.
