I rarely write reviews but I had to for Armani. Everything about this hotel was perfect. The location, the service, the room, utilities, and the list goes on and on. Everyone was so helpful. The service was above and beyond. The room was beautiful. Everything was convenient and you could not choose a better location. The staff was so helpful and friendly. They whatsapped me and would help me make itinerary’s for each day. they were around the clock 24/7. Seriously a 10/10 experience. They really took the 5 star luxury hotel stay to the next level. Thank you. I will definitely be coming back.

Very high quality hotel and room, everything controlled by an iPad efficiently. A little disappointed in the lack of a lobby and always having to go from street level 0 to lobby 7 then down to room 5. Also somewhat overpriced at approx. $1000 per night for a "normal" room. Location is perfect, though.

Location is outstanding. Service is warm and attentive. Gym is good for an Italian hotel; which in my experience do not generally excel in fitness facilities. Only issue was - bizarrely for a hotel from a fashion group - was the wardrobe. Tiny. Not handing space. Bizarre. Nonetheless, would recommend overall.

I rarely ever write reviews but the Armani hotel in Milan really made me feel as though I was in my own home.From the decor to the cleanliness & everything in between,I never once felt like I was in " someone else's home." The staff went above and beyond as though we were VIP. Nelson helped me every single night until 2am planning our day trips.He is one of the classiest, nicest human beings.We asked the concierge if we would have trouble getting a taxi to the airport at 7am or hire a driver.He told us we will be fine.The next morning it was pouring and I was running late.The concierge had arranged for a private taxi on his own without us knowing or having to pay the extra $200.The driver was there waiting for us.I will never stay anywhere else in Milan and wish they offered timeshares as our suite was huge and beautiful.I cannot wait to return to the Armani hotel in Milan!!
