Friendly staff and clean-ish rooms. Some of the things such as the shower head needed a deeper clean. Air con could be slightly stronger but the room was overall nice and cool. The rooms are dated but everything was still functional and clean. One major thing we needed was outdoor furniture for the balcony so we can enjoy the weather outside

We stayed for two nights and unfortunately the room given had broken curtain, which when mentioned was fixed, shower only having dripping water, not enough towels, blocking of water in the tub. Hairdryer not working, machine was making loud noise and no air coming from it. At any point after informing the reception no mention of room change or anything. I would like part of the money as basic needs where not met

Definitely a good place for the price
It was an overall pleasant stay in this hotel. Not far from the nearest metro to the centre, friendly staff and great facilities. Rooms could use an update in terms of the decor, the air con was not working properly and the phone was pretty useless when trying to contact reception (either that or they dudnt answer)....but all and all, thoroughly enjoyed my stay

The property itself is nice and clean. However the air conditioning in our bedroom wasn't working and it was so hot that day. But we ask the receptionist downstairs and ask if we can transfer to a different room. And they were very helpful without hesitant. The room is spacious and nicely decorated. We had small kitchen but no kettle which is quite important for me. Breakfast was nice specially the croissants❤ The grocery shop is about 7- 10 mins walk and same as metro station. I would recommend this hotel...

Clean, friendly hotel. It's a little dated without a bar but a nice hotel if you just want somewhere to stay whilst exploring the city. Easy access and good links to metro lines into the centre.

Our stay was very good. We stayed in the studio room. The room was spacious and clean. They provided what we asked for and was no in the room and reception staff very friendly. Location easy access to underground station and number of places to eat available in close proximity. Will choose to stay again.

expecting more from a 4 stars hotel
location: not far from city center if you take the metro comfort: average , nothing surprisingly; the bathroom was spacious, but the sound that was triggered when you started using the shower was too dubious and the first reaction was to stop it. Then it seemed to be a part of the water installation. You had a Skrillex concert while you were showering. cleanliness: our room was cleaned only once in 4 days , it was a first; maybe it's hotel's policy or they didn't have enough personnel , who knows Reception employees were kind and helpful. it was the first 4 star hotel without a bar/restaurant I've seen.But they have a vending machine with overrated prices of course. The coca-cola bottle is only 5 or 6 times more expensive than the standard price. I know they are trying to earn some money, but they should open a bar to be more successful. The Wi-Fi signal was extremely weak. You could stay on wireless for about 2-3 minutes and then you'll get back to your mobile data. The TV is almost pointless as most of the TV channels were with low signal. The actual TVs need replacement. the light switches are so old, that their color turned from white to yellow-ish. Lobby space was quite nice and quiet. As the room has been cleaned only once in 4 days, of course no one came to add/replace shower gel or shampoo so you need to use your own. For a 4 star rated hotel, there are a lot of things to improve.

It is really far by foot to the main sights and centre but you can go by subway. 2 euros. Breakfast was fine. Shutters available in the room and a balcony. Gym - basic. Free water in gym. 2 bottles of water provided and toiletries but no info sheet in room. When we asked for things at reception sometimes they were available but you have to ask!! We had to ask for a kettle and cups and no tea, coffee or milk provided in room. Italian tv with only cnn news in english. Wifi was good. Lift etc good. Lidl very nearby if you want to shop - our room had microwave and grill nut no equipment or cutlery!!

A Lovely Hotel, recommendable.
The exterior of the hotel is not great, and neither is the view, but the interior was lovely. Our room was like a small comfortable apartment, with fridge, freezer and hob. The staff were helpful and pleasant and polite. It’s out of the centre but very near the metro station, and has plenty of cafes and shops nearby.

Great value on outskirts of city
Great value, 45 mins walk from cathedral, great gym, unfortunately air con not working. Spacious room at 62 a night, no complaints at all.

Good hotel but no restaurants in the neighbourhood
Hotel staff were very helpful in directing us to the metro and to the restaurant district. The hotel is close to the metro and a quick trip to places of interest. But there's not much around the hotel itself.

Unpleasant experiance
On arrival there were building works taking place around the front of the hotel (could hear throughout the hotel). Staff were reasonably pleasant. Location was good. Found what looked like blood on the duvet, reported it and not even an apology just what room was it. 15 minutes later some people came up and collected the duvet and had to wait to receive a new one. My girlfriend had a bath which grazed all her back when she tried to sit into it. The room seemed to be 50 years out of date. Beds were separate and were like sleeping on a concrete block. Walls were really thin as we could hear the couple next door argue everyday. 1 set on cutlery even though two of us stayed there. If we needed to iron anything we had to go to the 8th floor. The room wasn't cleaned on the final day (21st Oct) and water was never refilled. The only night I had my top off I had lots of bites all over my back. When we checked out didn't get asked about our stay, didn't even get a `ciao` as we left.

not such a bargain
appeared to be a bargain - but hotel on a noisy main road, building work being carried on outside, took forever to check in. wall paper stained and ripped, grouting in bathroom discoloured and mouldy and we got bitten by something living in the bed.

Cold in Milan
The hotel is nice and the staff are lovely. However the room was freezing cold :-(

Toilet was very nice, the walls in the hallway looked as if they hadn't seen a touch of paint in years, the beds were also very hard.
