Satisfactory, very handy for P. Garibaldi station.

Pros: Location suited my needs.
Cons: Bedroom decor a little drab. Exterior rendering needs attention... The building looks tatty in places.
Location: Great for Porto Garibaldi railway station. Only 2 or 3 minutes walk from a busy piazza with plenty of restaurants. Pleasant 25min walk to Cathedral.
I chose this hotel as I needed to be close to my departure railway station for my early train to Paris. Hotel quite adequate for a short stay. A little lacking in character. Very large bedroom. Excellent breakfast.

not a non smoking hotel

When I made my booking, I was guaranteed a non smoking room. When I arrived to the hotel, the room smelled like old and new cigarettes. I complained to the front desk and they said "you can smoke in our rooms, we don't separate". They sent a guy to change the drapes to clean ones. The cigarette smoke came through the bathroom ducts, so after taking a shower (which also was broken) instead of feeling fresh, I was bathed in cigarette smell. In summary I didn't get what I paid for, a non smoking room and the price of the hotel was very expensive for a run down old building.

Hotel in ottima posizione, interna rispetto a Corso Como e molto comodo vista la stazione di Porta Garibaldi a poche centinaia di metri. Colazione inclusa nel prezzo con buffet e servita nella sala all'ultimo piano con vista sulla città. La camera era un mini appartamento con salotto e cucina, il bagno aveva la doccia doppia. Molto pulito ed estremamente soddisfatti della struttura per gentilezza e precisione.

Cons: 2泊したが2日目もお水がほしかった
Location: ガルバルディ駅の近く
夜ホテルについて近くのデパートで簡単にチーズとワインがいただけてよかった。部屋もすごく広かった。すでにカード支払いしていたが現地で税金かなにかを5ユーロチェックアウト時に支払う必要があった

Esperienza da non ripetere.

Cons: Tutti gli aspetti vanno miglirati. Il personale si é dimostrato disponibile ed efficiente. Un'efficienza sterile, vista l'obsolescenza della struttura
Location: La posizione é buona. A due passi dalla stazione di Porta Garibaldi dove ci sono tutte le metropolitane. La sera su Corso Como c'é un po di movida
Il 11.08.2015, avevo riservato una stanza per 3 notti a partire dal 30 settembre. Avevo trovato una double superior. Però al mio arrivo di stanza double superior nessuna traccia, anzi me ne é stata data una angusta al primo piano. Alle mie rimostranze, il personale, senza tener conto del largo anticipo con cui avevo prenotato né di ciò che avevo riservato, mi ha detto che l'hotel era pienissimo, quindi di stanze superior non c'era disponibilità. Ogni commento é superfluo. La colazione è stata piuttosto scarsa e di bassa qualità; la sala é piccola, tant'é che l'ultimo giorno, abbiamo dovuto aspettare un pò per poterci sedere. Il personale, sempre in corsa tra i tavoli, é però stato disponibile alle richieste. L'ultima sera, c'é stato un improvviso calo delle temperature e, visto che la stanza era un frigorifero, abbiamo chiesto come funzionasse il riscaldamento. Ci é stato risposto che, essendo il riscaldamento centralizzato, funziona solo dal 15 ottobre, non prima. Per un hotel a 4 stelle, questo mi sembra del tutto inammissibile. Hanno dovuto rimediare con delle coperte.
