Unfriendly staff with small roomsPosted Sep 20, 2015
Hotel staff was rude for our check-in, basically told us they will not give us a room anytime before 2pm because that's their rules (mind you this is not even high season and the hotel was off the beaten path). Room was so small you can't even turn. My legs were literally touching the toilet when standing in front of the sink - and I am a 110 pound 5'1 woman! Not worth what they charged for with the space and service.

Dated hotel, disappointing room, good locationPosted Jun 25, 2015
Pros: Bar/seating area, location
Cons: Change those carpets, insulate the walls, train breakfast staff in customer services
Location: Nice location in central Milan
This is a disappointing hotel. Location is good, in a quiet street in Central Milan. However the hotel itself is dated. For example there are (very) tired carpets throughout, room furnishing was dated, mirrors weren’t all flat or clear. The room was very small, the beds very hard, and we could hear people above us (we could literally hear their conversations when they used their bathroom). I know Milan is expensive, but this hotel was very expensive and by no means a 4 stars standard. I would recommend either spending an extra £50 a night for a much better standard, or going £50 cheaper for a proper 3* hotel (at least you know what you pay for). The bar area and breakfast are good enough, but ultimately I did not have a good night sleep there.

gutes MittelklassehotelPosted Jun 22, 2015 on Hotels

Hôtel confortable, bien situéPosted May 27, 2015
Pros: Rien à redire. Bon 4 étoiles.
Cons: Jus d'orange!
Rue calme. Quartier vivant. Petit déjeuner très correct.

Best Milan - best Felice CasatiPosted May 25, 2015 on Hotels
Idealer Augansort für einen einen Mailandbesuch. Das Quartier wirkt lebendig und frisch. Nettes, sauberes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Das Verhältnis Preis Leistung stimmt.
